Seamless Pipes Seamless Pipes are usually made from a solid round billet or bars which are heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the material is shaped into a hollow tube. Seamless Pipes are then finished to dimensional and wall thickness specifications. Seamless Pipes have various applications in field of high pressure gas or fluid within the Oil, Gas, Filtration, Refrigeration, Refining, Petrochemical and Offshore Industries. |

Welded, ERW and EFW Pipe are formed by rolling plate or sheet and welding the seam. The weld flash can be removed from the outside or inside surfaces using a scarfing blade. Welded Pipe often has tighter dimensional tolerances than seamless, and is cheaper than seamless pipes & easy to make. |
